About your instructor
Melodyoga is the practice of a certified yoga instructor with over a decade of study across Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin traditions. Each session is designed to meet you where you are — never pushed, always honest.
Whether you're brand new to the mat or returning after a long pause, you'll find a slow and considered approach: careful alignment, patient breathwork, and space to feel your practice deepen.
Why yoga
Yoga is more than movement. It's a daily conversation between body, breath, and mind — one that quietly reshapes how you live, sleep, and feel.

Consistent practice builds long, functional strength — supporting your spine, easing back and neck tension, and refining posture over time.

Gentle, mindful stretching gradually opens the hips, shoulders, and hamstrings, restoring range of motion many of us lose sitting at desks.

Breath-led practice lowers stress and cortisol, improves sleep, and creates real mental space — a nervous-system reset, one session at a time.
What we practice
Breath-led flow to wake the body gently. Suitable for all levels.
Long-held floor postures to release deep connective tissue and quiet the mind.
Alignment-focused practice for beginners and those returning to the mat.
A session tailored entirely to your body, goals, and current season of life.
A guided 45-minute pranayama session — no postures, just breath.
A longer, restorative class to close the week and settle the nervous system.
